As Disability Adviser I will be working alongside Bishop Rose and the Diocesan staff to offer support and help direct parishes, clergy and individuals to training and resources to support themselves or members of the church community who are living with disabilities, illnesses, health conditions and people who are neurodivergent to be fully included in the life of the church and enabled to flourish in the role or ministry God has called them to.
