Inspections are carried out of both the internal and external areas of properties during the same year that works are due. Following this, a scheduele of works and a summary document is produced and distributed to the Archdeacon, the Diocesan Surveyor and the occupant for consideration and comment.
The agreed schedule of works is then sent out for competitive pricing and the successful contractor instructed – this contractor will then contact the occupant directly to arrange a convenient time to visit and carry out the priced works.
